Terms and Conditions:

1. The service is activated through the bank’s mobile application.
2. The service allows up to 75% of the average salary over the last 3 months, after deducting any obligations.
3. The salary must be received regularly for 3 consecutive months, and the monthly salary must not be less than 500 Jordanian Dinars.
4. The Salary in advance can be withdrawn once a month, not in parts.
5. The full amount of the Salary in advance salary is automatically repaid upon the arrival of the salary to the account.
6. The bank reserves the right to offset the balance/credit of any of the customer’s accounts with the bank against the amount due if sufficient funds are not available in the account linked to the service.
7. There must be no outstanding installments on the customer to benefit from the service.
8. The service is available for accounts in Jordanian Dinars only.
9. The benefit from the service continues as long as the bank’s instructions allow it, and the bank has the right to unilaterally stop the service at any time without stating reasons and without bearing any legal responsibility.
10. The bank reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions of the service. Any changes will be announced through the same channels used to advertise and promote the service.
11. Fees:

    6 JD	501 to1000 JD
    10 JD	1001 to 3000 JD

12. The fee is charged according to the withdrawn (utilized) amount, not the salary amount.

• Sign into your account on the Safwa mobile app
• A screen will appear to inform you if you are eligible for the service.
• You can select the ‘Request’ button now or you can make a request at any time through the ‘Salary’ option available under the menu item ‘More’.
• Agree to the terms and conditions.
• The requested amount will be deposited instantly.
