Al-Tamimi said, “The conference is an effective platform for the discussion of many youth aspects and cases based on direct dialogue with young people, which is a national goal and necessity to draw a road map for conducting the desired change and reform in order to reach a better future. We, in turn, seek to support national efforts to participate in the embodiment of the royal vision that aims to invest in youth and motivate them to be part of the comprehensive development process, thus achieving progress with youthful Jordanian hands and minds that include various communities, and building the distinguished Jordanian model based on concern for the human being as the basis of achievement and the most precious asset of our country.”
The conference, which witnessed a wide participation of a group of official figures and representatives of the government and its various institutions, in addition to representatives from the private sector, discussed many cases that included the discussion papers of His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein—may God protect him—and the outputs of the Royal Committee to modernize the political system related to the youth, to encourage young people to receive education, vocational training, and entrepreneurship, and integrate people with special needs in all fields and activities, as well as the impact of the media and social networking platforms on the lives of young people.
