- Financing rate of up to 70%.
- The financing is available to salary holders who work at governmental institutions, approved, and non-approved entities, professionals, business owners, and expatriates.
- The land financing period may reach 15 years if the purpose of the financing is to build a residence and for the land to be within the regulated area; other than that, the period will be 8 years.
- The client must sign a commitment to build.
- The property should be fully owned (not a shared property).
- The land should not be a shared land.
